Project of the Year is open to all Multi-Residential buildings

Requirements

The Project of the Year Award is bestowed upon the builder whose project combines the best overall products, site, advertising, promotion, on-site presentation and architectural design. Judges will grade the entries in various different categories and the cumulative total score will be used to determine the Project of the Year.

The written submission should include an outline of why you believe your multi-residential project is deserving of the Project of the Year Award, including information on use of space, neighbourhood esthetic, use of space and floor plans.

Note: PKHBA reserves the right to perform a project audit for finalists in this category.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Open to all PKHBA Builder members
  • Award is granted to builder member company, not to an individual company representative
  • This award is self-nominated
  • Applies to Multi-family/Condo/Townhouse/Residential High or Low Rise
