Requirements
Eligibility Requirements:
- For the purpose of this category, a custom home builder is defined as a builder who has built fewer than 11 homes in 2018.
- Entry in this category is free for any custom home builder who has entered at least two (2) other projects for consideration in a New Home Construction, Home Renovation or Best Rooms, Spaces and Outbuildings award category.
- Builder must be registered with Tarion.
- This category cannot be entered by a tract builder.
- This category may be entered by a manufacturer builder only as a co-submission with a PKHBA custom home builder.
